By accessing or using the Kore online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices are fixed at the time your order is confirmed.

4. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability. Kore is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kore.support@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Returns are accepted at our discretion. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Kore website, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Kore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to impersonate any person or entity, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our store.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Kore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
